How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times will vary dependant on your location. We partner with Australia Post and use E- Parcel for the majority of orders. All online orders are dispatched from our Brisbane shop and warehouse. In-stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours.

Special Wonderwink scrub orders are generally shipped within 15 working days. Uniform orders ship generally in 10 working days. Allow an additional 10 working days for embroidery and an additional 5 days for setting up of a new digitised embroidered logo.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has shipped with Australia Post you will receive a confirmation email with your consignment ID and tracking information.

Do you ship uniforms and scrubs to New Zealand?

Yes we do. Please see freight charges. Delivery times vary slightly but are usually only a few days longer for orders to New Zealand.

What size am I?

First things first, check our size chart, there is one with every product. If you're between sizes, we recommend that you go by your bust/chest size for tops and your hip size for pants.

Do you have short or tall pants?

Yes! Our scrub pants come in multiple lengths. All of our Wonderwink scrubs come with petite and tall pant options. We keep the regular length as part of our core collection, but we can order petite or tall pants for you and they will be shipped to you in approximately 15 working days.

What are limited edition prints?

Limited Edition prints are available for a limited time until they sellout, refreshed frequently and usually sell out FAST. If you miss out on a style, don't worry — there will be something else soon! It is a good idea to order your Christmas printed scrubs early, as these are very popular.

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes! At Smilewear we have been offering embroidery for over 20 years. We can embroider everything from your own logo, to simply a few lines of text. We also have many hospitals logos ready to go. Simply ask, if we don’t have your hospital logo ready to go we’ll quickly get it organised for you.

Can I return an embroidered item?

Embroidered items are final sale and can’t be returned. If an error has been made on your embroidered order, let us know by contacting service@smilewear.com.au

How much does embroidery cost?

$15 per per logo/with added text under if required

$10 for 2 rows of text only

Do I need to have my scrub embroidered to be tax deductible? 

You can claim a deduction for the cost of buying and cleaning: occupation-specific clothing, protective clothing and unique, distinctive uniforms. You can claim a deduction for occupation-specific clothing. This means it is specific to your occupation, is not every day in nature and allows the public to easily recognise your occupation.

Our team members are different shapes and sizes, how can I find a uniform for everyone?

Our scrubs, uniforms and tunics are designed to fit and flatter almost all body shapes. To outfit a team, we recommend ordering 2-3 garments initially, in different style/sizes – your team can then determine their correct size and exchange where necessary. Contact our friendly staff for assistance.
