You have 14 days after receiving your order to submit a return, then 7 days to post your item back. You can receive your refund instantly, before sending your item back. No waiting, no stress. Just submit your return through Refundid and post your item within 7 days.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Must be returned in original packaging

❌ Non-refundable items include:

• Items with embroidery

Start Return by Filling out the refundid form below using your order number and email address. Then simply ship the item back to us via Auspost or drop it off in-store.

4. Refund & Shipping Info

• Return shipping is at your own cost
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
