Refund policy

At Smilewear we strive for 100% satisfaction first time. If you would like to return an item, we do have a 14 day returns policy. Please contact one of our friendly team and we will be happy to assist with your refund.

Please phone 07 3368 3554 or email service@smilewear.com.au and we will help make this process easy for you. We will supply you with a unique Returns authority number (This is required so we can process your return quickly and efficiently)

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags/labels attached and in original packaging
  • In the interest of hygiene, items must be clean, not worn or washed.
  • Refunds cannot be made on freight charges.
  • Please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for your financial institution to credit your account.
  • For your convenience, you may complete your return at one of our stores. 
  • Items with embroidery can not be exchanged or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund.
  • Please note - due to health reasons we are unable to refund scrub hats or footwear.
