STOCK ITEMS - All scrubs and accessories are kept in stock at our Brisbane shop and in general ship same day if ordered before 2pm. Please allow 48 hours to account for weekends and public holidays.
SPECIAL ITEMS - Uniforms and workwear are ordered in especially for you and in general will ship in 10 - 15 working days.
IN HOUSE EMBROIDERY
- New embroidery set up - you will receive your sew out for approval within 5 business days
- Repeat embroidery - add approx 5 to 7 business days
LOCAL PICK UP / CLICK & COLLECT
- Scrubs and accessories will be available for collection in approx 24-48 hours. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to collect
- Occasionally this time frame may be delayed due to public holidays, orders placed on weekends. Please contact our friendly customer service team if you would like something urgently, and we can give you an eta on specific products.

- Smilewear uses Australia Post for all our shipping requirements
- You will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email on dispatch of your order
