Custom embroidery is the perfect way to enhance your brand. A distinctive, durable and cost-effective method of distinguishing your uniform with an identity to be proud of. 

It's simple!

  • Send through a copy of your logo in a JPEG or EPS file
  • We will then send you out a sew out for your approval (allow 5 - 7 business days)

  • You will also need to add repeat embroidery  (which we will have on file) 
  • Add the required quantity to your cart (eg. if you have 4 items requiring repeat embroidery, add quantity x 4)

Please include your phone number so one of our friendly staff can contact you. We will work closely with you to best interpret your logo into beautiful stitches.

STOCK ITEMS -  All scrubs and accessories are kept in stock at our Brisbane shop and in general ship same day if ordered before 2pm. Please allow 48 hours to account for weekends and public holidays.
SPECIAL ITEMS -  Uniforms and workwear are ordered in especially for you and in general will ship in 10 - 15 working days.

IN HOUSE EMBROIDERY
  • New embroidery set up - you will receive your sew out for approval within 5 business days
  • Repeat embroidery - add approx 5 to 7 business days

LOCAL PICK UP / CLICK & COLLECT

  • Scrubs and accessories will be available for collection in approx 24-48 hours. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to collect
  • Occasionally this time frame may be delayed due to public holidays, orders placed on weekends. Please contact  our friendly customer service team if you would like something urgently, and we can give you an eta on specific products.
SMILEWEAR SHIPS AUSTRALIA WIDE AND TO NEW ZEALAND
  • Smilewear uses Australia Post for all our shipping requirements
  • You will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email on dispatch of your order
  • Normal delivery times are in accordance with Australia Post delivery standards
